Teachers & Unions - Why ?

One thing I could never understand is that Teachers all want to be part of a Union and get paid the same.

These are people who’s basic training acknowledges that their biggest challenge is to deliver the lesson to both the slower and the faster learners.
IE: People do not all have the same talents and abilities.

I guess our nations University qualification level speaks for how well this works in the Education system.
